Have an SEO problem worth solving?

Describe what is happening and you will get back a first read on what is likely causing it and how I would approach it, not a proposal. If it is not work I am the right person for, I will say so and point you at what is.

What happens next

  1. 01Today

    You send the details

The site, what is happening, and what you want from search. Read access to Search Console helps but is not needed to start the conversation.

  2. 02Within two business days

I reply with a first read

Not a proposal. What I think the problem or opportunity is likely to be, what I would need to confirm it, and whether this is work I should be doing.

  3. 03That week

    A call, then a scope

A conversation about the business and the site. If it goes well you get a written scope with a fee, a timeline and who does what. If it does not, you keep the first read.

Send the details

Everything here comes to me directly. The more specific you can be about what is happening, the more specific the first reply can be about what is likely causing it.

What is happening, roughly when it started, and what you have already tried. Specifics get a more useful reply than a brief.

Your details are used to answer this enquiry and nothing else. See the privacy notice.

Good fit

  • A site that has lost organic traffic and nobody can say why
  • Pages that will not index, or that Google keeps dropping
  • A migration or replatform, before or after it goes wrong
  • A category you cannot break into against established competitors
  • A new site, store or market that needs a strategy from the start
  • Ongoing SEO, done hands-on or alongside your team
  • A brand absent from AI answers where competitors are cited

Where it is not a fit, and why, is set out on the homepage. How the three engagements differ is on the services page.
